Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We want to ensure you are more than happy with your new piece of merch therefore Skilled Scrapper® offers store credit or exchanges if they are processed within 3 business days of the courier delivering your parcel. All items must be returned to us at your expense and be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all their original tags in place. Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered, if available. 
We do not offer refunds.
If Skilled Scrapper® determines that any products are not in the original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

In the unlikely event that you receive an item you believe to be defective; we would like to make sure we get the correct piece to you as soon as possible. Please email us at hello@skilledscrapper.com and attach a clear photo of the defective product / damaged area. Once we receive your return request via email, we will swiftly respond to your email and arrange for our courier company to pick up the defective product. Once we receive confirmation that our courier company has picked up our defective product, we will ship a new item to you at no extra cost.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered and doesn’t look incredible on you regardless, we would like to assist you in getting the piece you desire as quickly as possible. Please email us at hello@skilledscrapper.com with a clear photo as well as the details (Style name, Color, Size) of the product you incorrectly received. We will then arrange for our courier company to collect the incorrect item/s. Once the courier company confirms shipment, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost with a few extra stickers as a token of thanks for your patience.

INCORRECT SIZE/FIT:

We know how challenging it is to get the sizing right when so many brands have different measurements so we try to make it easier for you by including a size chart on our site.
If you are not happy with the fit and don’t want to pass the piece forward to a friend who it does fit then you will unfortunately be responsible for paying courier fees to get the item back to us.
You are welcome to use any courier company to get the item back to us.
Once we have received the item and it is unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all of the original tags still in place, we will credit your account with the value of that item so you can order a better-fitting piece. Shipping charges to get that piece to you will be charged to you upon checkout.
