SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days after date of fulfilment.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season or public holidays, depending on volume of mail experienced through courier service.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order.

If you place an order valued at R1000 or more, we will cover the shipping costs.

Skilled Scrapper® is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit however we will do everything in our power to ensure that the parcel makes its way safely to you.

A delivery is considered complete as soon as the parcel is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address. This also applies when the package has been handed over by the courier, as indicated in the courier’s tracking system.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Door to door deliveries are sent to the supplied address. We will make every reasonable effort to affect delivery in accordance with the estimated delivery dates. If we are unable to deliver the products for any reason beyond our control, then the delivery shall be postponed to a suitable date.

It is your responsibility, as a buyer, to ensure that you or the intended receiver of the gift (when applicable) inspect(s) the parcel on arrival and make known any justifiable complaints. The receiver has the right to refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or if it has clearly been damaged.

In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on the Skilled Scrapper®, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. Skilled Scrapper® does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud. Skilled Scrapper® does not provide order details relating to orders suspected of fraud. Any fraudulent attempts must be reported to the relevant authorities.
